Solitaire City requires the following permissions:
You may customize the game's card backs or the background graphics by selecting an image from your device's Photo Gallery or by taking a picture with the camera. The App will only access your photos or camera when you choose to customize a card back or background image and will never do so without your knowledge.
Solitaire City contains advertisements that help fund your free play of the following games: Klondike, Double Klondike, Spiderette and Yukon. You may upgrade to the Deluxe version of Solitaire City via a single $2.99 In-App Purchase through Google Play billing. The upgrade removes all adverts and unlocks several additional solitaire games. This is the only In-App Purchase available within the game. There is no virtual in-game currency, subscriptions or other consumable purchases to be made in Solitaire City.
The advertising networks used within the game require access to your Wi-Fi or cellular network in order to download ads from their servers. If you pay for your data usage then please keep an eye on it from your device's settings to make sure it's within your acceptable limits. Please consider purchasing the Deluxe upgrade to remove the adverts if data usage becomes a concern.
The game may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal data that does not directly enable Digital Smoke to identify you. This information may be used to better understand what features of the game people play the most.
Digital Smoke does not collect any personal data from your mobile device. If you contact Digital Smoke for support and provide your e-mail address then we may store your e-mail and contact you asking for more information regarding your support request. Digital Smoke will never disclose your e-mail address to a third party or use it for marketing purposes or other kinds of spam.
Solitaire City does not collect your precise geographic location. Some of the advertising networks may use your IP address to determine a very course location such as your city or country. This is so they know what language to use and provide adverts that are applicable to your location.
The game uses third party advertising networks to serve ads within the game, namely Google AdMob, Chartboost and AppLovin ad networks. These networks may collect information in order to serve you with more appropriate ads. Usually advertisers on mobile devices use advertising (or ad) identifiers to enable and optimize their advertising. Ad identifiers are non-permanent, non-personal device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and/or Apple's ID for advertising, or IDFA. You can choose to prevent your device's ad identifier being used for interest based advertising, or you can reset your device's ad identifier, by changing the settings of your device. Settings vary from device to device but you will usually find the ad identifier settings under "privacy" or "ads" in your device's settings. Please note that adjusting your ad identifier preferences does not mean you will no longer receive adverts, it only means that the adverts you do see will be less relevant to your interests.
Solitaire City uses Google's Play Games Services to provide you with online leaderboards and achievements. You may turn this feature off from the in-game Settings screen. If you choose to use Google Play Games then your scores, user name and achievements may be shared and visible to others.
